Q. Do you have a minimum order quantity? A. No, we are happy to supply any quantity. Q. How long do you take to deliver? A. Normally 10 working days, but urgent orders can be accommodated. Q. Can you originate my design for me? A. Yes, we can work from your own artwork. Q. What formats do you accept artwork in? A. We accept the following types of artwork: bmp, jpg, pdf, eps. Q. Do I have to pay a set-up cost if I already have the artwork? A. Yes. To operate an embroidery machine your artwork has to be digitized into an embroidery machine format. This is a skilled job and is one of the main elements of high quality embroidery. We can give you a set-up cost once we have seen your artwork. Q. Where do I send my artwork for a quote? A. Please send artwork to enquiries@oakhillembroidery.co.uk Q. Can I use this design again? A. Yes, once your design is set up you can re-order as many times as you like, without paying the original set up costs again. Q. What garments are available? A. We are able to supply a wide range of garments from children's wear, to corporate wear, including work wear and specialist garments, where necessary. A varied range can be viewed in our catalogue. Q. I have got my own garments will you embroider them for me? A. Yes, prices for embroidery only are available on request. Q. When do I have to pay? A. Initial deposit up front then full remaining amount on completion of order. Q. What methods of payment do you accept? A. We accept Cash, Cheques and all major Credit / Debit Cards.
